Retirement communities and senior living campuses come with rules — certificates of insurance, assigned elevators, narrow move-in windows. Brooke Hammond in our office deals with the community’s management directly so the COI, the elevator and the time slot are all squared away before the truck arrives. And because so many Houston-area homes are single-story slabs or raised against flooding, we plan the carry for comfort and safety, not speed.
A Price You Can Count On
Fixed incomes need fixed numbers. We set a flat written price before move day so there’s no meter and no surprise at the end — you know the total when you book, and the $105 deposit credits straight to it. For smaller downsizing moves we can quote hourly instead, two movers and a truck at $185 an hour or three at $255, whichever honestly costs less. Belongings ride covered at the 60-cents-per-pound released-value standard, with full-value protection optional and up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment.

It begins with a short walkthrough or video survey, and off your actual inventory we set one flat Greater Houston rate — no hourly meter hiding anywhere inside it. Whatever that quote reads is the whole price, with nothing tacked on once the truck is loaded or a storm slides in off the Gulf and shifts the date.
